Ke Mao 3D VTuber Commissions

Do make sure you agree to my terms of service before contacting me.1. Do not claim my work as your own.2. Credits for your 3D model are needed on the sites that you will display it on. Credit me as @MVjagaimo or link to my social media for your model.3. When you engage my services you confirm that you are legal copyright owner of the design submitted, or you have a licence that allows for the design to be used.4. Once you agree to the commission, you agree that you have given me license to showcase the work in my portfolio.5. You can request for the commission to be kept private until debut, however it will incur an extra fee of 100USD.6. I reserve the right to cancel the commission if the initial invoice is not paid within a week.7a. After making initial payment, cancellation may be made. There will be a non-refundable deposit of 100USD.
7b. If partial work has been done, partial refund for the sum other than the non-refundable deposit may be made and the amount depends on how much work as been done.
7c. No refund can be given for completed works.8. Edits/adjustments/changes of more than 2 instances per stage of modeling (modeling -> rigging -> texturing -> finalizing) will incur a charge.

**Q1: **Can I commission ARKit blendshapes for a model that I bought off Booth/Gumroad?
**A1: **Please read the terms and conditions of the model, some of them allow third party modifications, some of them allow modifications only if both client and commissioner have purchased the 3D model.
If in doubt, message the maker of the model before commissioning any modifications from 3rd parties like me.**Q2: ** What file format do you accept?
**A2: ** Currently I only accept .blend, .fbx and .vrm models to work on, if you have .vsfavatar you will have to find a way to convert it to .vrm or .fbx before I can work on the ARKit blendshapes.**Q3: ** What file format do you deliver the final model in?
**A3: ** I will deliver the final model in the same format that it was sent to me in. So if the original model was in .fbx format I will deliver the final file in .fbx format.
If your model did not already come in a format compatible with vtuber tracking (.vrm format), it will cost extra if you need me to set it up as a .vrm as I will need to set up the materials, springbones, colliders and blendshapes for the model.
